Volunteer Requirement Policy (Tackle Football)
Why Volunteers Matter
Our organization, like all others, relies on the support of volunteers to make everything run smoothly.
Family Requirement
Each family must complete two (2) volunteer opportunities per child enrolled in the program during the season.
At Equipment/Uniform Handout, a check for $100 per family will be collected.
The check will be held throughout the Fall Season and only cashed if the volunteer requirement is not fulfilled.
Once obligations are completed, the check will be shredded or returned.
Exemptions
(Coaches, team moms, and their families are exempt from the additional volunteer requirement and family fee.)

Additional Opportunities
Additional volunteer opportunities will be shared by the team mom, email, or social media as they become available, such as Homecoming volunteers and Game videographer.
Example Scenarios
1 child enrolled → 2 volunteer opportunities required
2 children enrolled → 4 volunteer opportunities required
3 children enrolled → 6 volunteer opportunities required
